I was going to run and do Body Flow today, but my body seems to think it should be a rest day. We'll see who wins out. In the meantime, since I got back from Chicago, I've been streaming WLUP and rockin' out. Can't believe I never thought to do it before. Rock on ...

@Wendy - lol, I struggle with rest days ... they are harder for me to accomplish than a good workout ... ha.
