Oreo's trail 1.99 mi 00:20 09:55 pace

I really didn't feel like doing this today, but poor Oreo hadn't been on a run since last Saturday in Chicago. The air is so thick it's hard to breathe. Oreo ran more than she usually does in the heat/humidity so she may be getting conditioned to it - although she was a bit slower than usual. Poor girl - she cried with excitement when we got to the park. :)

Total outing 2.46 miles. The cookie girl ran 1.99 miles and walked .47.
