Tried to keep an easy and consistent pace to get back in the groove. Sunday was a play day on vacation with a Harley ride and the Cubs game, yesterday was a long car ride. I'm exhausted! I ate entirely too much while I was gone - enjoying all of the food I can't get at home. I'm not very driven by the scale but reluctantly got on there this morning to see the damage. Surprisingly, I lost almost 2 pounds while I was gone.
I thought vacation would prevent me from hitting 100 miles for the month, but I just barely squeaked by. Woot!
