thursday. hadn't planned on running after the cycling. but my bro-in-law was going out for his customary late night jog, and ever the night runner myself, couldn't resist the temptation to run. he ran barefoot, i never do! fitness jogger, so we ran slow for around 3k, before i took off for a K and then eased up again. multi-purpose ground - football, basketball court, exercise facility, kiddie area, plus narrow running track (400m). fantastic running culture here in singapore. runners run on this ground any time of the day and night. even 2-3 am. damn! am envying them!!
