    last of my 4x1mile repeats. last one was quickest but all were pretty consistent.

    after the space coast half marathon. so glad i didnt have to do the next 13.1. but i managed a 1:47 getting a PR by a minute and a half!

    good times at the 15k with the group. ran a 1:17(not too bad since it was hot and humid) now im really gonna taper for chicago!

    4x1.5 mile. It's about a mile and a half between water stops at the Chicago marathon. Hovered around 8 min mile pace.

    9 x1 mile. Most of them around 7:45pace. Great workout for me but the young girl iwas running with was going7:30 per mile. Small blow to my male ego.

    7x1 mile. Doing some of my runs as repeats because of the Florida heat. 5th mile was 7:50 pace the rest around 8:30 pace
