    my first post-hip-replacement run :) short and painless :)

    great trotted around the parking lo... 0.25 mi

    First run since hip replacement surgery in April 2014. No pain, but I have serious incontinence issues.

    10 min warm up on recumbent bike. 20 min elliptical (2 min on/1 off). 5 min cool down.

    10 min recumbent bike. 5 min rowing. 20 min elliptical. lifted weights like a pansy. hard to believe i used to actually be STRONG.

    5 min warm up on recumbent bike. 5 min warm up on elliptical. 2x (90 sec/60sec/30sec/60 sec/90 sec with 30 sec easy in between) 5 min cool down. Then I lifted weights. It was less boring than usual.
