  1. Training is going well. My wife and I use runkeeper now to track our miles, so I am not around here much. I start training for KC half Monday. Stay safe and cool this running season!

    Treadmill isn't helping. Called run short with the start of soreness in shins. Will bundle up for outdoor running to counteract the repeated treadmill abuse.
