great Treadmill Run 4.18 mi 00:42 09:59 pace

This was one of those tough, after too long of a day, have to go to the gym and put in my paces runs. At least that is how it started. Then the magic kicked in, and if I didn't have someone at home making dinner and expecting me back, I could have gone on and on. I kept picking up the pace, finished my miles, worked the core and voila - it was a great workout, dinner was wonderful and everybody was happy.
