      Thanks ladies. Stumbled up my hard tile step, face plant and knee bonk. Humbled ego is the worse of it. Need to remember to get up from sitting, give myself a brief moment to ensure all systems are go, before going.. I tell you, never ever ever take your mobility for granted. But this, you two know so well.

    got it, crunches, push ups, squats, curls. Too dang hot to get my mojo out to the gym for some weights. Missed yoga too. Still acclimating.

    New dilema, I outlasted the dogs. When Chewy laid down in a shady sandy spot, I knew it was too hot to have them out and about. LIke good troopers we trudged on home

      I have a fraidy cat pup too - well she's 130 lbs, but she's a big baby! She loves kiddie pools but is terribly frightened of pools & open water!

      i've never had dogs that didnt LOVE the water, these two sit on the steps, and think that's swimming. SHe must have been really hot to take the lap she did. Mine are 65lbs, so I suppose that's about the same as yours? oh plus the extrra 9, if one counts CHewy.

      Katie is a Malamute/Collie mix. She'll spend hours out in the snow goofing around, but take her to the lake & she gets really scared. Aw well. Maybe I should move to Nome!!
