Hills! Last "long run" of training for Vermont. Should have gone slower, but felt solid and wanted to get in a good workout. Also purposely started late to make sure I ran in some heat in case the weather in Vermont is too hot (which it looks like it might be). Overall a hilly, fast run.


That's a great pace Mike especially on a hilly course.
