Not good. Cramped up BAD and had to walk almost the entire last mile or so. Tried to start back up and got a killer charley horse, limped the last few blocks. Also have a nice blister under my left foot. Maybe trying the Willoughby run was a bad idea but it was such nice running weather I couldn't pass it up. Oh well... Running for Dreams 5K coming up this Saturday, might be the last race of the year for me and the last one before I deploy in January.

    Nice race Michael. The blister was probably caused by your foot moving in your shoe as you run. Make sure your shoes fit properly. (I had this problem and had to switch out to different shoes.)
