    I felt great. I ran relaxed and didn't push it. I didn't want to risk injury.

      I'm actually in two different bands. One is called Mister Miyagi and we are an 80's cover band (hence the Karate Kid reference). The other band is Idol Eyez, and we do more current dance stuff. We are playing the GAC (Great American Casino) next weekend. Come check us out!

      Yes, I've already committed to the same team I ran with last year, but as you know, things get a little crazy trying to fill the roster and keeping the roster full after that. I had a ton of fun, but I think a co-ed team would be even more fun. The guys I ran with were all very serious runners, like ex-collegiate/olympic trials types. I held my own, but it was pretty intense. You are doing great by the way. I still follow your training!
