A week and a half ago I tweaked my knee falling off a rail. It's been painful and not only prevented further snowboarding or any attempt at running or getting on the rollers, it's also wrecked my sleeping. It's healing finally, and I just signed up for a 5k next month, which is the 2nd annual event to the first 5k I ever ran last year, hoping to be in shape to not only run it but run it faster than last year!

    Yea I've been kind of bummed that I missed some of the best snow in years around here. I feel off a rail the Saturday it stopped snowing, into a pile of powder, going slow. But it's how I fell and twisted my knee that caused the problem / pain. 600-900mg of ibuprofen a day has been helping, and taking it easy. I need to get back in better shape from a holiday season of "eating well" lol.
