In an attempt to start logging miles again and lose a few pounds I put on over the holiday I blew the dust off my rollers, inflated my tires and climbed on. Haven't been on the bike in months, the rollers in a year and scared the ba-jeezus out of myself for the first mile. Despite being a cool 60 in my place, I worked up a stupid sweat in less then 20 minutes. Looks like training is back on because I feel all kinds of out of shape.
