First time running in 6+ weeks and I'm embarrassed to post the time and feel like crap. No long breaks ever again!


Just gotta ramp up again. You'll get there. Glad to see you back running.

Glad to see you back at it. Don't worry about the time. It's the fact that you were still able to get out and do 2 miles that counts!
