Rollers = Mastered! First mile was a wee bit wobbly as I haven't been on them in over a week, remaining 4 miles were done with no wall grabs or panicked moments. I even managed to wipe the sweat from my brow!
Gotta make some adjustments to my saddle and probably wear cycling shorts so my giblets feel a bit better, but I think I've finally got the hang of these stupid thing.
