  6. Hope to get running soon!! I hurt my ankles and feet. I had to give them some rest mostly they hurt in the morning. I think its getting better slowly but surely

    I went by myself on this run. I had to take it easy since i just got done eating supper an hour b4. It seems my last few runs have been taking it easy im hoping to put the hammer down on a run soon
