    Always love this route - riverside, back roads, farm fields, small towns - lots of flats but also lots of hills. Good way to start a Saturday.

    Ugh - cold again - back to insulated pants and toque for running. Legs felt like cement on return trek which is almost all a bit uphill. Stomach felt off again - more and more common in the mornings.

    Right achilles still really tight from Sunday's LSD. Had to ease off the pace. Felt a little better as the run went on but now tight again into the evening. The 5 and 1s helped.

    Ran the reverse of this route today. Hard going from asleep to running in 10 minutes and felt sluggish as a result. Can't wait for this cold weather to go away.
