Fit the long run in around No Bananas this morning. 11 miles + 5k race + 2 miles to home. Knee didn't cooperate 100% but maybe 80 to 90%. Slight meniscus tear is my favorite possibility now.

Speed is definitely my weak area. The schedule said run 4 half mile intervals. I managed them at 3 minutes each on the treadmill at the MGH gym. Needs work.

It turned out my knee was just tight and needed to be loosened up. I ran the first two miles in what seemed like 12-minute miles.
