    Racing against the sunset through the woods. Includes just one stop to pick myself back up.

    Fit the long run in around No Bananas this morning. 11 miles + 5k race + 2 miles to home. Knee didn't cooperate 100% but maybe 80 to 90%. Slight meniscus tear is my favorite possibility now.

    Speed is definitely my weak area. The schedule said run 4 half mile intervals. I managed them at 3 minutes each on the treadmill at the MGH gym. Needs work.

    Ran exactly what I have on my schedule. Felt awesome. No problems with the knee. According to the charts I have, I'm on pace for a sub 3 hour marathon in May. Yay!

    Still figuring out my left knee issue. It's taking me about 2 miles to warm it up to the point I can really run. Chrissy didn't believe me that I was running 12 minute/miles.
