    this run is from 3-12-2011 rodes city run 10k. clearly slower than in 2008 and 2006. i think this is just a sign of being out of shape and not OLD!

    felt great....running in the rain is one of my favorite things to do. i even accidently ran through a couple giant puddles, also great! came home sloppy and feeling like a solid workout happened.

    gym - it seems harder to breath when running. i wonder if there is less oxygen on the track since it is close to the roof and above all the others working out.
