    good run off the bike, but the heat was over the top.

    downhill mtb, awesome day only one crash thank goodness for full face helmet and body armour

    run off the bike, second one this week, slowed down the pace a bit as the bike was a longer distance however legs felt alot better this run

    strong headwind on way into queenstown, but nice tailwind on way back to arrowtown. a bit cooler temperature tonight so nicer to ride in than the heat experienced over the last few weeks

    legs have been sore all day, bring on the rest day friday.
    idea to try to work through the muscle pain and see how the legs feel tomorrow.
    cycling to/from work tommorow so that should be interesting
