Stayed up too late watching the Olympics. Tired.
600 warm up
3x200 (clock drill, swim, fly kick, swim)
12x100 (w paddles & buoy)
2 sets of 6
(1-3 60%, 70%, 80%)
(4 80%, 5 FAST! 6 60% recovery)
SWIM
200 @ 80%
4x50 (25 fast, 25 cruise)
200 @ 80%
Now that that is done, I'm even more tired.
