Easy run after swim 4.62 mi 00:40 08:42 pace

Easy neighborhood shakeout run after 3k swim. Looooong run tomorrow through the hills of the GA Marathon course. Bring it! Guy I'm running with said "it's supposed to rain tomorrow. Do you have a contingency plan?" I told him... "Yes. bring a towel."

    Have a great run. Pack the Sham-Wow! Did my long run today. Hope the GA marathon will be my first. I'm getting there-slowly but surely.

    Patrick, if u r training for the GA marathon, I HIGHLY recommend running the Druid Hills section several times. It's a beast of a section and the more mentally prepared u are for it the better u will do on race day.

    Mike, thank you for the suggestion. I will. I've been training on the hills out here in east Cobb, but I will probably head on down to Druid Hills next weekend. The more prepared the better!
