Felt pretty good during this run. Started at 5:15 am to beat the heat. Had a nice cloud cover at first sunlight but the sun popped out for the last 3 miles. Concentration level was great on this run. At mile 10 I looked down at my watch to check pace, and I was on mile 11. So I guess I blanked out for a whole mile:) Happy to report that there is very little bothering of the tendon in my right foot. Its not completely gone but it was not an issue at all during this run and a few hours now after my run and I feel fine. I guess the $$ custom made orthopedics and the more structured sneakers are paying off. I still miss my racing flats. Ocean was absolutely perfect after a long run. Happy Saturday all.

Yeah ... had to give up my Saucony Cortana shoes for the same reason. Glad your foot is feeling better ... !
