Super crowded at the beach tonight. Saw tons of people eating and drinking. I've never seen so many ice cream cones being devoured! Nice easy run, legs soar from yesterdays track workout. Splits 9:02, 9:01, 8:50, 8:42, 8:39, 8:29. I have the biggest blister ever on the arch of my left foot, not happy!


The question is: did you go back for ice cream after your run? -- sorry for the blister. Hope it doesn't affect you too much your next time out.
