    2 mile XC race 2 mi 00:13:39 06:49 pace

    17 seconds slower then last week but a good race. First mile was perfect but I have to learn to pick people off and push that last mile. Splits: 6:42 and 6:57

      I'm racing every Tuesday for the month of June and July at 6:30 pm at Westminster Academy Athletic complex. The course is all on grass and the first mile is all hills. Its a lot of fun and a great workout. About 120 people show up mostly high school kids.

    2 mile XC race! Much better this week. Took it a little more steady the first mile and finished with a negative split! 15 seconds faster then last week. 6:48 and 6:43!!

    Had to run on the TM due to rain. Legs still soar from XC so I did 7:24 pace instead of 7:00. Hard run, breathing just did not feel right.
