Traveling for work this week. Attempted a 5K on the treadmill today. .Wow, this was tough. I took more walking breaks than I wanted. I also did some body weight exercises today: 2 rounds of: 10 push-ups (on knees), 10 alternating lunges, 10 burpees, and 10 V-ups (abs). I want to work on speed, endurance, and weight loss. I'm hoping that I can get a good momentum going this week that I can carry on when I'm home next week. I realize that I really, really, need to work on drinking the right amount of water.     Water is a good thing. I drink a lot, but probably need to drink more alike everybody else. Good workout, keep the momentum going. Safe travels!
