good April Fool's 5K 5 km

More running than walking.. However, this was a tough week for me.. I definitely didn't get the steps I needed to get this done.. Need to so a better job of tracking things.... Secondly - I ate waaaay too much yesterday and not enough water during the week. I felt it today.. Ran the first mile great, more walking breaks on the 2nd and 3rd mile but tried to run in in the end. What I need to do - get more serious about tracking my food and workouts. I've started on myfitnesspal.com I've noticed that this week I overate at dinner. Lots of tweaking to be done. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

    You have to start somewhere - myfitnesspal sounds like a good plan! Nice 5K after a tough week!
