good Morton Arboretum 7.75 mi

Nice run/walk up and down the hills at the Arb today. My longest run outside to date. Felt pretty good. We were running .4 (miles) and walking .1. Got some good miles and got a chance to run on the other side. The hills were challenging. I need to make sure I start taking the Garmin again - I've been relying on friends to get me going. Trying to get back into the swing of things. I've also been doing the run/walk sessions with my hubs.

    Hey Ria, that's great. A new distance record! Awesome. almost 8 miles is a great distance! Keep up with that interval work. I would do intervals all the time, I still do. Does your garmin have the ability to keep track of them for you? I always find it handy to turn off my brain and let the watch tell me when to run and when to walk. Keep up the great work!!
