This was NOT a good run. My right foot is still hurting, left foot felt like lead and I don't know what is going on. I was able to run all of the first mile - the half mile after that was a struggle where I had reduced it to a run/walk. It also felt like the pain on my right foot had gotten worse and it also started to affect the ligaments/muscles above my ankle bone... I know it's not the laces because I made sure that the shoes weren't on tight at all today. On my way back, I'm not sure what I was doing as the pain started to subside a bit. I did glance at the Garmin and noticed it was faster than what I normally ran. I just wanted to get this run over with today. I'm hoping the next run is better.


Ugh, sorry to hear that Ria, I hope it's nothing serious. :( Rest up, feel better fast.
