OK - I just have to share this. I am so elated as I just saw my 8K times for 2 different races from this year. I did the Bank of America 8K in this year - it was 1:02:42. Last nights results for the Bastille 8K - 59:33 - HOW AWESOME!!!!! I am so happy with this. It's possible that I may be getting better at the whole running thing!! Whooo hooo!! It certainly IS a Happy Friday!!!
