P90X - Day 2 Plyometrics 01:00

I got up and just needed to get Day 2 done, since I didn't follow up yesterday. I don't know what was up, but I didn't have any energy after the run yesterday. I literally did not do anything. It was hard - I felt like a sloth. I was still sore from P90X day 1. I should have done even some housework, but oh well I can't do anything about yesterday - as it's already passed. Today is a new day - about to go get some stuf for the rest of the fam to come over for some grub. This exercise felt good. I did get my butt kicked on this one. I'm looking forward to Day 3 and a run tomorrow. :). Happy 4th everyone, be safe!
