great Out and back - exploring 1.75 mi 00:20 11:31 pace

Attempted "speed work". Wow, feeling gassed, but feeling good!!! Wanted to do something a little different today. Had enough to do a 2nd run, but this time short and speedier. Finished off with planks, crunches, 20 push ups, and stretching.
