      Shit just got real didn't it. That coke can be a life saver. But as far as I'm concerned there is a special satisfaction and reward for overcoming conditions and driving on just as you have. That is great Tri and a great HM, Andrew BA Knight.

      I laughed when I heard there were aid stations each mile at my half. Until I used every one of them. It's not a half, its like the last 13 miles of a 50K. Sounds like some solid suffering, Congrats!
