I slacked off my sciatic exercises the last couple days because it appeared all was working itself out. But this morning was a different story.So i decided to run after work, after i had a day to try to ease the pain a bit. But the fire roaring in the mountains behind Herriman, made the sky look like a mushroom cloud tonite. Combining the heat and wind and smokey air, i decided to do some spinning and watch the Olympics instead - Much better choice, lots of Gold for USA today!! Lots of amazing athletes!

    You really should continue your sciatic exercises especially when your increasing your mileage.
