First time using lipty for training. Kindof fun at the rec center, only a handful of people at 8:00. Surprised at how quickly my heart rate climbed up and way over my target - which was the 80% range. Kept adjusting level and speed to feeling like a workout, but not off the charts with my heart rate. I'll get it figured out.....
