I think this old body protests 3 days in a row running. On Fridays i am not getting any quality running, just enduring. next week i think i will do a Tues/Wed Friday running during the week and see if i get a better icon on Fridays!!
Running late for work, will try to catch up later Have A Great Friday Friends!

Nice treading today, but that plan sounds wise Michelle. I'm realizing the same...needing the rest days and seeing benefits of taking them. Good luck figuring out your proper schedule!

Every other day isn't a bad choice, and you can bike or do something else on the non running days.

After what I've been reading, I'm not surprised that you're finding that 3 days straight is hard. Here's a trick - no later than 30 minutes after your run, drink some juice. It will help replenish your glycogen stores, which is probably why on the 3rd day, it feels pretty darn hard.

Way to stick with it... Might be the time of year as much as anything Michelle. I seek any reason to help me deny aging!!!!

It's most likely the season that is making it tough to get going and really feel the love! However, mixing it up is as beneficial to a 50 yr old as it is to a 30 yr old! You are doing great, Michelle!

Nice Michelle. I can't run consecutive days either or my knee screams or some other issue erupts. I run every other day mostly.

Someone told me couple of weeks ago that there's no such thing as over training, just under recovering. Those rest days are important.
