      I am just getting back at it too! Had a rough start to 2015--both parents broke hips, mom had pneumonia and we almost lost her--but I need consistency in my "therapy". Hoping things have settled down now and can do that. I have missed you and all my running friends.

      Nice 8!! and there is nothing better than the smell of crawfish boil!! I wonder if stores up there sell crab boil? Take the lid off, sniff and clear your sinuses! HA! You would love the headline in our newspaper the other remember, we are in south Louisiana with huge Catholic roots! I'm not Catholic, but have to have ,my Good Friday crawfish! So here is the headline: "Holy Week Crawfish Supply Should Satisfy Demand". Only in Louisiana!!!
