    Nothing fabulous, but a little farther and even though this is a faster time than on my treadmill, my effort was much less. So I'm convinced my treadmill has a mind of its own! Happy Friday!

      Nice 8!! and there is nothing better than the smell of crawfish boil!! I wonder if stores up there sell crab boil? Take the lid off, sniff and clear your sinuses! HA! You would love the headline in our newspaper the other remember, we are in south Louisiana with huge Catholic roots! I'm not Catholic, but have to have ,my Good Friday crawfish! So here is the headline: "Holy Week Crawfish Supply Should Satisfy Demand". Only in Louisiana!!!
