      thank you our dear motivators. when we rest after running, what most runners look forward to or kept them busy is usually FB but not to update the status or whatever but to check for photos, in dailymile, we visit here after posting our workouts to see who commented, check on the "nice job" motivations, congratulations, get well great performance and the like. it somehow adds up the urge to keep on running and keep on posting. thank you again.
