very windy and cold outdoors today. Midwest weather is so weird. 50s tomorrow. defeated some hills today though. man, those bodypump classes are really starting to help my running!

I desperately need to get in a run but horrible weather for being outdoors. some may like snow and wind, but I do not like running in it.

great dogs need exercise, too! 3 mi
nice, vigorous hike with my dogs and some friends right after my five mile run. I just couldn't get enough of this warm Indiana day.

got to the gym a bit early tonight so I jumped on the treadmill before my body pump class.
