    Not sure of time. Julienne and I didn't even think to look at that! Soooo many hills to run up.

    Went running with Tilly (my doggy :)) - walked the first mile and ran the second. Running outside adds so many resistances like weather, uneven path, and occasionally stopping for traffic.
