great run - very hilly, but still loving this new neighborhood. The way it is organized, I get a nice interval workout...hills and then recovery on the parallel streets...the downhill felt good today...hotter than I thought out. Wasn't super thrilled with my pace, but must take into account those hills, I guess.

    Constant hills will get you. I deal with it every run in my 'hood, but they make you stronger. Great run today!
