My left leg got SUPER tight after my workout (borderline charlie horse). Treadmill is definitely easier to run on. I made good time, so I'm happy about that.


Please don't tear your calf muscle like I did! Mine is in my left leg too

Yeah, I don't need THAT! I used my foam roller on it last night. Today is a rest day, thank goodness!
