    Nothing like the first warm weekend spent on the lake.. in a kayak.. breezy but beautiful. Just an hour, just enough to solve my winter nature deficit.

    Monsoon yoga; nothing like yoga watching a monsoon unfold in front of a wall of windows. Was pretty wild to do grounding postures during that visual. Loved it.

    Yoga with my client... fantastic. She owns a salon, so after yoga we did a quick hot foot jacuzzi and turned on the massage chairs. So relaxed I could have drooled.

    Just a bit of astanga yoga to destress. Surya Namaskar B a few times to keep me both grounded and free. Needed it. Then, I took on organizing closets which I should factor into my time/pace! LOL

    Did yoga and today it showed me, it was not a strong day and I had some stress built up... released some of it... most of it. Felt great to inhale/exhale.
