hot, calves were tight, left knee hurt, couldn't find a groove: other than that it was great. glad to be able to do 3 miles under 13 pace...but not by much


That's awesome mileage. I'm a running beginner and I'm struggling just to run 0.25mi in one swoop. I'm sure you've been there, but I'm just so impressed.
5 months agoWhen I first started running a few years ago it was a struggle to run for 5 minutes straight. It has taken 2 years I'd slow but steady progression. You can do it!
