Slow but good. Took Dagny she had her first off leash trail walk (only a little bit) and her first swim! If your in Austin then the Barton Creek Greenbelt is am awesome place to go

I slowed my pace so that I could go further without walking. Only walked 1 time for .08. My Achilles tendon is hurting a lot. I think I will look for new shoes and perhaps try some taping.

Run went okay. Still had a walk a couple of times. I am ready to get off the treadmill and start running outside.

Way to go! Nothing wrong with walking, I always just tell myself I'm moving faster than if my butt was on the couch!

Had to walk twice. I have a mental block for more than 1 mile. This is a sruggle seeing that I am supposed to finish at running 6.2. I will get past that....right?


You're doing incredible! I just started using dailymile again and saw how great your doing. Let me know if you ever want to run together...I've started running at Old Settlers but I could come over to Brushy or WilCo park sometime.
