    Run went good considering that my last run was so terrible that I didn't post it. My time was much faster than my recent runs!

    Right hip is now bothering me but the KT tape is doing wonders or the achellies.

    We ran up the biggest hill at the park. I wasn't ready. My legs were beat.

      You're doing incredible! I just started using dailymile again and saw how great your doing. Let me know if you ever want to run together...I've started running at Old Settlers but I could come over to Brushy or WilCo park sometime.

    Slow but good. Took Dagny she had her first off leash trail walk (only a little bit) and her first swim! If your in Austin then the Barton Creek Greenbelt is am awesome place to go

    First time back outside for this training. New shoes and also KT Tape on my achilles. Felt good to be outside!

    I slowed my pace so that I could go further without walking. Only walked 1 time for .08. My Achilles tendon is hurting a lot. I think I will look for new shoes and perhaps try some taping.

    Run went okay. Still had a walk a couple of times. I am ready to get off the treadmill and start running outside.

      Way to go! Nothing wrong with walking, I always just tell myself I'm moving faster than if my butt was on the couch!

    Had to walk twice. I have a mental block for more than 1 mile. This is a sruggle seeing that I am supposed to finish at running 6.2. I will get past that....right?
