It's been a week since my last run. Felt pretty good. Austin has way more hills than Midland does. Pretty hot on the way out but had a nice breeze coming back to cool me down.

Couch 2 5K was cancelled but to a foot issues, P90X was then cancelled due to a shoulder/arm injury. I am healed and ready to go again. Making a plan today and hoping to start in the next few days.

The times have you doing a 5 minutes warm up and cool down. I am adjusting the times to add run/walk time to the make up for the warm up and cool down. I was wanting to have longer workouts but still have the C25K feel.
