  1. good 1.6 mi / 00:21 13:05 pace

It was a slow run. Went to the park today instead of just staying at the apartment. Dagny has an extreme fear of bicycles and strollers. It made for a long slow run. We will have to work on that. It did feel good to be back at the park though

An evening run with just Dagny as James is out of town. It felt good to see a little bit faster time. I am hoping to go for a little bit longer tomorrow. Feels good to be running again!

Here is my new running partner Dagny. She is an Australian Kelpie and loves to run!

It finally wasn't too cold! I have still lost a lot but I can see it coming back pretty fast. This time did include a bathroom stop for my new running partner (Dagny: Australian Kelpie)

hot, calves were tight, left knee hurt, couldn't find a groove: other than that it was great. glad to be able to do 3 miles under 13 pace...but not by much

That's awesome mileage. I'm a running beginner and I'm struggling just to run 0.25mi in one swoop. I'm sure you've been there, but I'm just so impressed.

When I first started running a few years ago it was a struggle to run for 5 minutes straight. It has taken 2 years I'd slow but steady progression. You can do it!

  8. goodParmer 9.25 mi / 00:39 14.4mph pace

First time back on a bike in probably close to 1 year. I sure miss the road bike!

  9. greatRace for the Cure 5K Austin D... 3.14 mi / 00:38 12:11 pace

3.14 is what run keeper says although the finish line is supposedly marked at 3.1. Either way...VERY happy with finishing time. My fastest 5k. I did walk for a total about 3 minutes but overall I feel great!

  10. goodTreadmill 3 mi / 00:40 13:13 pace

My hamstrings where real tight. I walk for just over .10 and that is what brought my per mile time up. Over all I think it is good. Looking forward to the race on Sunday!
