      Love me some spin, glad ya got a workout out of it! I take it at LFF Hyde Park, they have a couple great instructors.

      Steve - no idea on distance or pace but was an hour with a really agressive instructor. I typically ride 10-11 miles and this was much tougher as it involved lots of standing hill climbs. Harry - moved to PA but Hyde Park sounds great!

      Thanks, amazing what you can do with a wireless connection and a couple of devices. Now if the bike powered the devices that would be very cool. How are your workouts these days, get's tougher in the winter.
