  1. RUN
    great 2.83 mi 00:45 15:56 pace

Just a walk in the fat burn zone. Gonna need to be in this zone a lot. :/

  2. RUN
    alright 2.21 mi 00:28 12:30 pace

WOW I haven't posted on Dailymile in years! Did a really easy walk/run which I'd call humbling at best. I have MANY miles and MANY pounds to go to get where I was. No excuses, just miles.

    great 16.86 mi 01:00 16.9mph pace

Got a solid hour in on the bike today outside. As long as it doesn't snow I should be riding outdoors for the rest of the season. I'm hoping to get in good enough shape to keep up with th... read more

Good workout Mike. We can't wait to get outside with the bikes. My husband is the triathlete and has been on the trainer all winter. He's hoping this weekend will allow some good outside cycling. There is so much dirt and stuff in the roads, not to mention pot holes, it probably won't be a fast ride even if he can get out. As for me, I'll wait for a lot warmer weather :) Stay safe and have some good rides.
