Went out for a run on the hills. The goal was an hour run but I turned around before I got to the house with the dog that always tries to chase me because I just wasn't in the mood for that today. I had a little tweak in my hamstring from last nights hard run that I'll need to stretch and foam roll pretty good later. It was at some points snowing and sometimes misty rain and about 30 degrees, 22 with wind chill. The headwind coming back wasn't too bad when I put the hood up on my windbreaker. I'm soaked and cold now that I've stopped moving.
