      Good workout Mike. We can't wait to get outside with the bikes. My husband is the triathlete and has been on the trainer all winter. He's hoping this weekend will allow some good outside cycling. There is so much dirt and stuff in the roads, not to mention pot holes, it probably won't be a fast ride even if he can get out. As for me, I'll wait for a lot warmer weather :) Stay safe and have some good rides.
